As
a busy mom myself, I have often fallen off the wagon when it comes to
meal time - too many pizza dinners, too many pizza pockets in the
microwave for snacks, in short - too much pizza!
Finally I decided that enough was enough and made the effort to get organized and start having meal time on time.
YOU DON'T WANT TO WAIT AS STILL ONE MORE PIZZA DAY GOES BY...
If you're tired of hearing too much "I'm hungry" from your "3 Mikey's" (or what ever the case may be) and you don't know what to feed them, besides pizza or crackers, I urge you to give it a try.
The benefits to good nutrition for you family are so important and long lasting.
I'm 43, and I still am thankful that my mom always had nutritious meals planned for us. I am sure it is the basis for my good health as an adult.
